Shipping and Processing Times
Physical products typically ship within 24 to 36 hours after your order is placed. Shipping times may vary based on your location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.
Digital Products
If you purchase a digital product, you’ll receive a download link immediately after completing your order. This link will also be sent to your email for easy access.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags
- In its original packaging
You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
Contact us at hello@rainbowshuttle.com to begin the return process. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll assess the issue and work to make things right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Digital downloads
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason—no justification required. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, we’ll process your refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
